Pharmacy Department
The Fletcher Allen Health Care (FAHC) Pharmacy Department offers the opportunity to work with progressive pharmacist peers and a leadership team who make patient care their highest priority. Our pharmacists are able to have a direct impact on patient care through frequent interventions, enhanced services, and participation on hospital committees.
We have satellite/unit-based practice sites in Medicine, Cardiology, Surgery, Critical Care, Women and Children, and Oncology as well as an out-patient Oncology Clinic and a new O.R. pharmacy. The Central Pharmacy, while meeting the in-patient compounding and drug distribution needs of the hospital, is also a clinically challenging practice area.
