Manager Pharmacy Clinical Practice
The Manager, Pharmacy Clinical Practice is a member of the Pharmacotherapy leadership team and participates in the development and execution of the department strategic and operational plan. An advanced pharmacy practice degree (Masters or Doctorate) or equivalent experience is required. ASHP accredited residency or equivalent experience. Licensed pharmacist in the State of Vermont. Five years clinical pharmacist experience in an academic health center environment demonstrated ability to coordinate and facilitate work teams to achieve specific results.
